Ambience House is a newly opened B&B owned and operated by a husband and wife team. When we first discovered Merimbula nine years ago, we thought it would be a perfect place to semi retire and run our very own B&B. Built in 2002, Ambience House was specifically designed with features from past homes that were too special to leave behind. We have both been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years with 6 years previous B&B experience on the Central Coast, north of Sydney. Ambience House has a large wrap around veranda with 180 degree ocean and lake views topped off with a glorious back drop of distant mountains. In Summer, you can enjoy complimentary afternoon tea on the verandah or a mulled wine in front of the wood burning fire during Winter. Merimbula and the surrounding areas have vast and varied attractions ranging from unspoilt coastal beaches and lakes to the beautiful Bega Valley and surrounding historic towns, all packed with charm and history. Ambience House has Two guest lounges, CD player, Double sided wood burning fireplace, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Reverse cycle A/C, Laundry, TV/Video/DVD player, Iron and Ironing board, BBQ and El-Fresco dining area. All rooms contain Queen Size Beds, CD player, Private Ensuite, Clock radio, Luxurious bath robes, Electric blanket, Television, Hairdryer. We look forward to welcoming you to Ambience House!
